Refund policy

We want you to love your CarCacoon. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
• A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item or variant is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the return process above.
